Every time we’ve felt consumed with grieve at another loss, another bombing, another life shattered…or overwhelmed with “too much” on our plate…..... when we thought we couldn’t possibly go on…Or there was more "need" than money
…an Angel would appear disguised as a computer technician, a graphic artist, a donor, or maybe an exceptionally organized human being.
Of course we understood that the ‘rescuer’ was directly sent from the Highest Head Hunter specializing in volunteer employment and kind-act doers. So first, a thank you to Him.
And to those terrific individuals and organizations that seemed to appear in the nick of time to pitch in to help our nefgai terror, we Thank You.
Here’s a few of our Angels.
Our Techi Angel
We all know how crushed we get when our computer crashes! That's why our computer technician, Bram Kersner's (and his company @nglo) smiling, rescuing face is so valued at K4K. Todah rebah!
We've been blessed twice because a second Techi Angel, Tzvi Fabian, is now taking very good care of our fleet of baby Mac's. Thanx!
Big Bouquets to our South African ANGELS
D.I.V.O.T.E. (Durban Israel Victims of Terror Enterprises) has been an enormous source of support to KIDS FOR KIDS. Since 2002, the three chapters in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban have pitched in using their creativity for the benefit of our KIDS. Thank you's to Cheryl Unterslak in South Africa and Lindy Frank & Hermione Cohen here in Israel.
A lovely project springing from the South African communities was our Rosh Hashana Clothes Drive. Combined, we distributed over 200 Holiday outfits to youngsters from families who have been left orphaned, maimed or traumatized from terrorist attacks.
And a big ‘thank you’ to DIVOTE for sponsoring three traveling carnivals this fall for our KIDS in the Shomron.
This Chanuka DIVOTE, Gesher, and ELAL joined together to give our Israeli KIDS an uplifting Chanukah celebration in Jerusalem. Over 250 children (nefgai terror) thrilled to the exploits of Ofer Goren, one of Israel’s renowned pantomimes. There was music, games, prizes, refreshments and, thanks in part to EL-AL, a mountain of gifts for each youngster. Thanks Again to our angels at DIVOTE!
