Yeshara Gold founded KIDS FOR KIDS as a vehicle for encouraging Jewish youth worldwide to develop kindness by helping those Israeli children who have been left orphaned, maimed, and traumatized as a result of senseless hatred and violence.  As KIDS FOR KIDS developed, Diaspora Jews of all ages contacted us with their desire to get involved. 

KIDS FOR KIDS Youth Organization for the Recovery of Young Victims of Terrorism was established in Jerusalem, Israel in December 2000, as a response to the growing terrorist attacks. 
     • KIDS FOR KIDS began by offering recreational activities for children who  lived in high impact areas.
     • After interacting with these children K4K understood that securing their emotional/psychological welfare was imperative.
     • KIDS FOR KIDS developed therapeutic programs including clinical treatment for individual cases; support activity groups for youngsters and teens; as well as training courses for psychologists and qualified lay people to gain expertise, empowering them to facilitate servicing their wider traumatized community.

Since December of 2000, K4K has reached thousands of children through scores of programs.
